Zaira Global — Ordering & Care Policies

At Zaira Global, each creation honors slow fashion and authentic Awadhi craftsmanship. To maintain the highest standards of quality and artisan integrity, our policies are outlined below.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement or prior to parcel dispatch, whichever comes first. Once an order is dispatched or past the 24-hour window, cancellations cannot be processed.

2. Exchanges & Store Replacements

Because each garment is handcrafted to order, we do not offer monetary refunds or returns once sold. However, we are happy to assist with size exchanges or replacements of equal or higher value.

  • Timeline: Please notify us at support@zairaglobal.com with your Order/Invoice Number within 3 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Exchange Process:

    • Customers may ship the item back to our atelier via a secure, trackable courier service.

    • Alternatively, reverse pickup can be arranged (subject to pin code availability) for a nominal convenience fee of ₹200 per garment.

    • Replacements are dispatched upon physical receipt and quality verification of the returned piece.

    • Note: Exchanges are permitted once per order.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Every garment undergoes a strict quality check prior to dispatch. In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Unboxing Video Requirement: To ensure complete transparency, an uninterrupted unboxing video—showing the unopened outer package and clear shipping label is required for all damage or missing item claims.

  • Reporting: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 9511118550 or email at support@zairaglobal.com.

  • Resolution: If verified, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup and issue a replacement or full transfer refund within 24–48 hours of receiving the parcel.

4. Handcraft & Color Disclaimers

  • Artisanal Character: Authentic Lucknowi Chikankari and Mukaish embroidery feature subtle, natural variations in weave, texture, or thread details. These are not defects, but the signature mark of genuine hand-craftsmanship.

  • Color & Fit: A slight color variance (10–12%) may occur due to digital screen lighting and studio photography. A minimal size tolerance of ±5% is standard in handcrafted tailoring.
